Sales Director- Healthcare focused BPO Services
Based in the Dominican Republic | Frequent travel to the U.S.
Are you a bilingual sales hunter looking to build your career in the U.S. healthcare market without relocating?
A growing healthcare-focused BPO is expanding its commercial presence in the United States and is seeking high-potential sales professionals based in the Dominican Republic to help open and scale new business.
This is a true hunter role with international exposure. You’ll work directly with the U.S. healthcare market, traveling frequently, attending industry events, and building relationships with hospitals and senior decision-makers, all while remaining based in the DR.
What you’ll do:
Drive new business across the U.S. healthcare market
Prospect, pitch and close healthcare services and solutions
Build relationships with hospital leaders and C-level stakeholders
Travel frequently to the United States for meetings and conferences
Own revenue targets and manage your pipeline end to end
Who we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Sales, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
MBA or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, International Business, Sales & Marketing or a related field is a plus.
Fully bilingual (English–Spanish) with native-level or near-native English.
Experience in B2B sales of services or software
Comfortable working in a quota-driven, fast-paced environment.
Willing and able to travel frequently (Valid U.S visa).
Background in healthcare, technology or BPO is a strong plus.
