The founding history of the company
Allion Consulting was the Human Resources (HR) department of the Vicini Group.
Foundation as an Independent Company
The Vicini Group rebranded as Firma INICIA and, as part of its strategic plans, established Allion Consulting as a spin-off specializing in outsourced payroll services, compensation, and benefits. This new company serves INICIA's needs as well as those of other external clients.
Service Diversification
Allion Consulting expanded its service offerings to include recruitment and selection for executive, managerial, and general positions. These services are offered not only to companies within the INICIA ecosystem but also to external clients, fostering greater growth and diversification of its offerings
