We are seeking financial profiles to join INICIA, a private asset management firm that partners with unique managers focused on the Northern Latin American region, aiming to capture long-term value for investors, partners, and associates.

What are we looking for?

• Junior Analyst: 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, or related fields

• Analyst: 2–4 years of experience in similar roles

• Senior Analyst: 4–6 years of experience demonstrating leadership in complex projects

• Associate: 6–10 years of experience leading teams and managing complex strategic initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of financial models and investment analyses.

• Perform company valuations and financial analysis.

• Analyze financial statements and operational performance of portfolio companies.

• Conduct industry, market, and macroeconomic research.

• Assist in preparing investment materials, reports, and presentations.

• Participate in due diligence processes and support transaction execution.

• Identify opportunities for value creation and operational improvement.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across investment, strategy, and operations.

• Monitor portfolio performance and track key financial and operational metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields

• Master’s degree in Finance or MBA (preferred)

• CFA, FMVA, or any other relevant certification in finance, valuation, or private equity acquisitions (preferred)

• Experience in financial analysis, valuation, or investment processes

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling) and Power BI

• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL or Tableau)

• Familiarity with financial data platforms
