At Allion Consulting, we are conducting the search for a Senior Director of People & Culture for a company within the BPO sector. This executive will be responsible for strategically leading the people function, strengthening organizational culture, talent development, and data-driven decision-making.

This is a high-impact leadership position within a dynamic, fast-paced BPO environment, where People & Culture plays a critical role in business sustainability, employee engagement, retention, and talent development.

The position will report directly to the COO and lead a senior team responsible for People Operations, Engagement & Culture, People Development, and Rewards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall People & Culture strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and organizational goals.

• Strengthen initiatives related to talent development, career paths, succession planning, performance management, compensation, benefits, engagement, and culture.

• Leverage People Analytics and key HR metrics to identify trends, support decision-making, and develop actionable plans.

• Analyze and communicate the financial impact of people-related decisions, including metrics associated with turnover, retention, organizational structure, and workforce costs.

• Lead and develop a senior P&C team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high standards of execution.

• Ensure compliance with Dominican labor legislation and effectively manage employee and labor relations.

• Represent the People & Culture function with internal leadership and in corporate forums, clearly and strategically communicating initiatives and results.

• Lead projects related to career development, outsourcing, organizational transformation, and employee experience.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Master's degree preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR / People & Culture director-level or senior leadership positions.

• Previous experience within BPO, services, people-intensive operations, or large-workforce environments is highly valued.

• Previous experience in multinational companies or international corporate environments is strongly preferred.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the main Human Resources functions and subsystems.

• Strong experience leveraging data and People metrics to support business and talent decisions.

• Strong knowledge of Dominican labor legislation and the local labor market.

• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to effectively communicate and present information in corporate environments.
